2. Planning. How to manage your time and plan it?




Today, life is very dynamic and changing priorities happening almost every day, or even hour. I think every known case where the to-do list for the day to write, but one phone call can all dramatically change.

In my opinion, it is impossible to manage time. It is necessary to manage the affairs of which you can do at certain intervals. Personally, I’m a longtime fan and follower of GTD (Getting Things Done). I have used many tools and techniques, but this turned out to be the most effective for me.

I am deeply studied and used GTD for 5 years, and I think that would not reach their results in their careers and life without it. GTD allows me to constantly maintain focus and move towards your goals. I am sure that its use as a tool helped me to become the head of a large uneasy restaurant business, which employs more than 1,500 people.

I also conduct seminars for their managers and give individual advice. In the spring, I participated in a workshop methodology author David Allen in London, and on November 26 the first open plan to hold a workshop on the use of GTD ordinary people to better achieve success in life.
