The girl turned to the magistrate with a claim against a legal entity engaged in the retail trade, with a request to collect money for poor quality goods in the amount of 29 990 rubles and non-pecuniary damages in the amount of 10 000 rubles.

From the file that the applicant acquired the company a 16-gigabyte version of the iPhone 5s, which manifested itself in the operation failing. Then she asked the seller to the requirement of free elimination of deficiencies. Service Center recognized the lack of production, and after a while the defendant asked the plaintiff for refurbished phone.

As a result, the court ruled to recover from the defendant the benefit of women customers 29 990 rubles per phone, 5,000 rubles for moral damages and 17,495 rubles – the penalty for non-compliance on a voluntary basis to meet customer requirements. All in favor of the court awarded the plaintiff the amount of 52,485 rubles.
