Acer Iconia Tab A1 The idea that there is only one ultimate tablet format – as claimed by Apple at the launch of the first iPad – we are now abandoned. In the Android world was 10.1 “a period of popularity and nowadays we see a shift towards smaller 7” tablets. However, the IPAD mini proves that there are still possibilities between 7 “and 10.1”.

When we walked around at Computex recently noticed that there were a lot of mini iPad look-a-likes exhibited. Several Asian manufacturers had an Android tablet built around the same 7.9 “screen with the housing showed great similarities with Apple’s small tablet. Primo 81 MSI is a good example of this.

The first 7.9 “Android tablet that has reached the Dutch shelves, the Acer Iconia Tab A1. In appearance, Acer has its own little thing and the A1 is therefore not become a clone of the mini. Rather, the only that the two tablets share the screen size, because the A1 has different hardware, a different OS and with a price of roughly 190 euros a lot cheaper. In this review we will see if Acer with the Tab A1 a good combination of size, specs and price has found.
