AdBlock maker sells its software to anonymous party




The popular ad blocking software AdBlock is done by the creator of the hand. However whom the service purchased is not known, because the buyer chose to remain anonymous. As part of the ownership change will be ‘acceptable’ ads displayed by default.

That AdBlock is sold to an unnamed buyer was mentioned in a pop-up that many users of the popular ad blocker appeared. The primary purpose of the pop-up was to announce that AdBlock will participate in the Acceptable Ads program; the program must ensure that there are shown only ads that are “not irritating” his. However, it was reported that AdBlock has a new owner, and who has chosen to turn Acceptable Ads default. No further information was given about the transaction.
