Adobe Provides Audio Analysis For Siri, Alexa And Others

Adobe unveiled its new analytics capabilities in its Adobe Analytics Cloud service, designed to help brands customize customer experiences and pay loyalty through voice interfaces, and track the performance of voice-supporting smart assistants such as Alexa, Siri, Google’s assistant, Curtana and Bixby, Enter the company in the field of voice analytics and computational computing.

The platform uses Adobe Sensei’s automated learning and industrial intelligence technology to enable companies to analyze voice-activated searches through voice-assisted voice support platforms, including Siri from Apple, Cortana from Microsoft, Google Home and Alexa from Amazon.

The program helps companies that develop skills and other voice-based applications track performance across machines and platforms and provide a clearer picture of overall customer activities.

With regard to customer experience, the company explained that audio is the new user interface for brand content and that it can take advantage of the statistics of devices that support voice in other channels. Companies can also get better analytics of brand relationships by understanding how people think and why. Brand loyalty through digital interactions.

Adobe notes that the program addresses key complexities in the measurement of voice interactions, including the ability to analyze the possibility of constructing sentences to determine user intent and to determine the variables within the experiment. Additional data points analyzed include frequency of use and actions taken after the user has made voice calls.

“One of the most important trends in modern technology is how fast consumers are adopting new ways to interact with content as seen with mobile devices and video,” said Bill Ingram, vice president of Adobe Analytics Cloud. “We expect a similar path with sound-based smartphones.”

The company is optimistic about the future of the sound-based smartphones market. A new report from Adobe Digital Insights indicates sales of sound-based smartphones have increased 39 percent year-on-year, and despite Google’s ability to sell most Google Home units through Holiday season, but it is behind the Amazon Echo Dot in terms of sales units.
