AllCast with subtitle support and Dropbox




In Brief: Koushik Dutta, co-developer on CyanogenMod, has its AllCast App some innovations missed . You can now, including subtitles of films to Chrome Cast send, if a supported media server – such as Serviio – will be used. Also, you can now own within the app Dropbox tap into account as a source for media. It should be noted that Dropbox is probably no unlimited number of tokens provides for the app, but Dutta has knocked in their own words already in Dropbox.


For AllCast non-experts: the free version in the basic tool orbs movie, photo and music from your smartphone or from the cloud on your Chrome Cast-stick. With AllCast you can not just your Chrome Cast Stick drive, but also with the Apple TV, Xbox 360 and Xbox One, various Smart TVs, and other receivers communicate. The free version of AllCast is limited to streaming one minute of content, the premium version costs 3.65 euros.
