Roberts Space Industries has indicated that Alpha 2.0 Star Citizen is released. What is new is inter alia, that a number of locations is provided of the “persistent universe’-concept and the ability to function with multiple players as a crew on a ship in missions.

According to the developers is Star Citizen Alpha 2.0 now available for all players; they should get to see in their game client version 2.0.0-305217. Users are advised to remove the “USER directory as they perform the update. If not used, problems may occur with graphics, and can crash the game in some cases.
