The Wall Street Journal , citing “several people familiar with the matter” that in the second half of 2014, the already long-awaited smartphone from Amazon will come on the market. Besides the transport and sale of digital goods, together with its own hardware like the Kindle Fire TV series and you would then still the smart phones in the hindquarters.
A step that seems logical – but one has its own app store, which will now hold around 200,000 Android apps. In Seattle and San Francisco, you already have the equipment shown developers an idea could be gone by the end of June on the stage.
A sale will only be possible to the end of September, which is not very likely to be the worst time – in terms of the holiday season. Interesting side note: the Amazon smartphone will feature a technique by which you can see a 3D display without glasses.
A point to which at least I do not think so, because this technique has been around and it was interested almost no one. More likely, rather, that the device can detect the perspective from which it is viewed.
But it’s just a rumor, though appearing quite plausible. We’ll see what the summer brings to Amazon.
