Angry customers accuse Telenet price discrimination




A group of 3,000 angry customers, ISP Telenet Telenet defaults. According to the organizer Telenet is a “discriminatory manner” to subscribers, because only active complaining customers can negotiate a discount on the subscription fee.

Kurt Buysse, one of the organizers of the protest, argues that various authorities have been contacted by angry customers, including the Ministry of Economic Affairs, regulator BIPT and some ministers. Telenet has not yet responded to the notice. Until now, the cable operator has refused to reverse the price increase.
