Anime series Kill la Kill gets your own 3D fighting game

Studio Trigger, together with Aplus and Arc System Works, the developer of Dragon Ball FighterZ, launches a fighting game based on the animated series Kill la Kill. In 2019 the game with the title ‘Kill la Kill the Game: IF’ should come true.

Kill la Kill the Game: IF becomes a 3d arena game with one-on-one battles. In terms of graphics and style, the game fits in well with the anime series, where for example the frame rate of the game also seems to match that of the TV shows. Much information about the game has not been announced yet, but the publisher and developer have already released a trailer. In it you can see the protagonist Ryuko Matoi who takes on Satsuki Kiryuuin.

The new fighting game of Arc System Works has to be released for the PlayStation 4 sometime in 2019 and for PCs with Steam. The game does not come out for the Xbox One and no exact release date has been announced yet.

Studio Trigger is the studio behind the anime series and Arc System Works is the publisher of Kill la Kill the Game: IF. The latter was previously responsible for the development of, among others, Dragon Ball FighterZ. The Japanese studio Aplus develops the new fighting game and previously made the game Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time.
