Annex #Homescreen for sharing your home screen adds support for push-notifications
Betaworks Studio has released the first update for the application #Homescreen, allows the owner to iOS-device interactive screenshots to share home screens. In version 1.1, developers have simplified exchange photos with other users.
Service #Homescreen created in order to quickly tell someone you know about their applications. For the program uses an account Twitter, tied to iOS via the settings menu. After the first run #Homescreen asks to take a screenshot, which is loaded into a special service, while the application scans are on-screen icons.
The recognition process gives failure, if we are talking about programs that are available only in the Russian App Store. In this case the user is allowed to click on the “This is not my application” to make it an icon for an interactive image inactive.
The new version of the service has become more social. The program adds support for push-notifications and now #Homescreen can inform the user whenever someone from his friends download the new screenshot. By clicking the banner program immediately shows the picture, so there is no need to move to a web version of the service. #Homescreen Simultaneously compares the installed applications and provides links to the new user name.
Unfortunately, #Homescreen still can not determine the unknown applications on their own, as well as upload screenshots to open the folder. The plans for the implementation of these functions, the developers have not yet reported.
