Antec P380 housing sales start in February




Antec announces its P380-chassis. The full tower is equipped with an aluminum front panel and would provide silent systems through the use of double-layer panels with soundproofing material.

The P380 is a full tower case to include ssi ceb motherboards for workstations and EATX boards. In the housing eight bays are for 3.5 “- or 2.5” drives and swap the storage media without the user having to take the screwdriver in hand. There are nine expansion slots and the cabinet can accommodate cards with a maximum length of 465mm and CPU coolers with height of up to 180mm.

In terms of cooling, three 120mm fans or two 140mm-fans on the front and top, plus a copy 120mm at the rear. Optionally placed two 360mm- or 240mm-radiators for water cooling. On the front panel, sitting next to the audio connectors two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports.

The dimensions of the successor to the P280 in the Performance One series are 555×223,6x557mm. The casing is the manufacturer suggested retail price of 209 euros and the sales start in February.
