4k Ultra HD PROCAM 2 PROCAM 2 is a paid photo and video app for iOS, which has been given the opportunity to 4k recordings of the last update, writes iCulture. The iPhone 5s can shoot video at that resolution at 25fps; the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus is 30fps. The app itself costs 1.99 euros, but is an in-app purchase of 4.99 euros is required for 4k recordings. This option is much cheaper than that of the first app with similar 4k video recording, Vizzywig who converted cost 800 euros appearance. That app offered the functionality, only to iOS 7 and would not work on iOS 8.

The way PROCAM 2 comes to the 4K resolution, is by continuous 8-megapixel photos during recording and paste the resulting images together and combine with an audio recording. That is the same method Vizzywig also used, but did not get to work on iOS 8. A Brazilian YouTube user has a video published a 4k recording that would shot with PROCAM 2.
