Apple and Ericsson LIFT lawsuits against each other as a result of a dispute over patents
Ericsson made today, commenting on the action carried out by Apple counterpart, filed a lawsuit in the Eastern District Court of Texas government asking it to issue the license fee payable to their advantage by Apple.
