Apple eleventh consecutive year topped the rating of customer satisfaction

Organization of American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI, American consumer satisfaction index) conducted another study, the result of which was obtained by the rating of customer satisfaction computers. ’11 Row is headed by Apple.

California giant is still ahead in the degree of satisfaction of users of all computer makers based on Windows. This year, according to the ACSI, the Mac got 84 points out of a possible 100. It is three points lower than last year, but 15 more than in 1998.

Most Windows-brands worsened their performance. Nearest competitors – HP and Acer – separates Apple’s 5 and 7 points respectively. Their last year’s figure was 79 and 77 points. Followed by Toshiba (75), and Hewlett-Packard (74). OEM-producers grouped in the category “All other” improved their performance in comparison with 2013 year ACSI rating by 8% and now have 82 points.

High customer satisfaction is not always the highest sales, but in Apple’s favor is played by such factors as the traditionally high quality products and good after-sales service.

ACSI survey was conducted during the year of 70 000 consumers.
