Apple employees are sure they are making the world a better place

Apple is changing the world for the better – the overwhelming majority of the company’s employees are sure of this, according to a survey conducted by the TeamBlind service. As part of this study, employees needed to evaluate the overall contribution of the company globally. To obtain the most representative and objective results, the survey was conducted through a special application and on an anonymous basis. A total of 278 employees of the corporation took part in the voting.TeamBlind is an application where employees of the largest companies can anonymously share their work experience, as well as lead various discussions on topics related to their current or former place of work. This community is very popular among applicants. In total, the service, according to approximate estimates, is about 7,000 people working for Apple.

As part of this survey, employees of the largest companies were asked to respond to the following statement – “The company in which I work makes the world a better place.” There were two possible choices: “Agree” and “Disagree”.

As can be seen from the graph, the vast majority of Apple employees agreed with this statement. This is an impressive result, but by no means a record figure. Tesla managed to get ahead of the apple corporation – about 91 percent of the respondents answered affirmatively to the question posed. Further such large companies as Uber, Microsoft and LinkedIn settled down. As for Facebook , whose reputation has seriously suffered lately – only 64% of respondents voted for the option “I agree.”

A kind of anti-rating led by companies such as Oracle and Snapchat. Their result was 29 and 27 percent, respectively. Despite financial success, it turned out that only a small part of employees believe that their company benefits society.
