Apple, Google, Intel and Adobe rearrange personnel in lawsuit

Four tech giants have rearranged in a case concerning the adoption of each staff. The companies had agreed with each other no staff to steal from each other. An earlier settlement was swept by the judge of the table.

The new settlement is the class action -rechtszaak, which was filed by 64,000 angry workers in the tech industry, after four years than possible yet over, reports Reuters. It is not known how much the companies put on the table for the settlement, but rather the judge said that the total value of the settlement at least $ 380 million – 322 million – should amount.

Apple, Adobe, Google and Intel arranged the lawsuit last April already, but this settlement was in August of table swept by the court after one of the 64,000 plaintiffs objected. The earlier settlement was $ 325 million, converted 275 million. Prosecutors believe they have missed earnings by the agreements between the tech companies.
