Apple is developing a 3D-display for iPhone, capable of outputting stereoscopic images without glasses




Apple is developing innovative display for mobile devices capable of displaying three-dimensional holographic image. Such an image can be formed screen smartphone without the use of any additional accessories.


“According to Taiwan media reports, the next iPhone may get 3D-display that is capable of displaying three-dimensional image without glasses. At least, Apple has such plans. It is reported that the company intends to create a three-dimensional “Hardware and software ecosystem” – writes GforGames.

Autostereoscopic 3D-displays are already embodied in the smartphone LG and HTC, but not gained special popularity, despite the possibility of a three-dimensional image and video at the expense of two main chambers that are built into mobile devices.
