Apple is going to introduce a major update for the third generation of its smart watch Apple Watch 3 , so that the smart clock can work independently of the next flagship phone for the iPhone 8 iPhone, making it the first generation to work independently of the smartphone, according to a new note Analyst Ming-Chi-kuo, who works for KGI Securities, told investors this week.
