Apple no longer be accused of labor abuses, low-cost iPhone foundries violate Chinese labor laws




China Labor Watch again exposing the iPhone to Apple OEM cheap Jabil Circuit violated Chinese labor laws.

China Labor Watch (China Labor Watch) again undercover investigation found that the U.S. electronics manufacturer Jabil Circuit (Jabil Circuit) located in Wuxi plant has a series of violations of labor ethical and legal behavior. Jabil Circuit Wuxi plant is currently the Apple OEM cheap iPhone 5C.

Jabil Circuit have violated labor laws including, without paying millions of dollars in day-fee; than 100 hours overtime per month, is three times the statutory number of hours; hours worked over 11 hours per day, and in addition to a 30-minute meal time, no other breaks; illegal does not provide adequate pre-employment training and employment discrimination.

The China Labor Watch enumerated a number of violations, but also a violation of Apple and Jabil Circuit’s internal code of conduct, China Labor Watch said that the report was Apple and its suppliers continued violations of labor laws and evidence of violations of workers’ rights.
