Apple Releases Safari 7.1 for OS X Mavericks anonymously search engine DuckDuckGo




Apple has released an update Safari for computers running OS X Mavericks. The new version of the browser with the index 7.1 improves compatibility, security and privacy, and is recommended for all users of Mac. You can install the update from the Software Update in Mac App Store.

According to the documentation, the current update for Safari improves safety and adds support for anonymous search engine DuckDuckGo. The policy of this service is emphasizing the confidentiality of user data, the failure to record and store any user information and tracking users.

Safari 7.1 also includes improvements in technology WebGL, IndexedDB, CSS and JavaScript. It also updated the principle to work with extensions. For this reason, after installing the browser disables all existing addons. Before their activation Apple recommends to confirm compatibility with the new assembly.
