infringements. What else should it go in since 2011’s persistent clinch between the two smartphone giants Samsung and Apple? The South Korean steals allegedly ideas from Cupertino and vice versa. It is now sad to have to listen. Now the Supreme Court has decided in a patent case for Samsung, the company does not have to pay the full 399 million dollars to Apple, which was previously required for the alleged copying of certain designs from the apple universe. The sum corresponds to the total turnover that the company had made with its smartphones.
