Asus announces compact GTX 960 for mini-ITX systems




Asus GTX 960 graphics card announced a length of seven inches. The manufacturer from Taiwan focuses on the GTX 960 Mini use with mini-ITX motherboards and other small-form-factor computers.

The GTX 960 Mini appeared last week in several European merchants and now Asus has this card its own product page data. The GTX960-MOC-2 GD has dimensions of 17×12,2×4. centimeters. The clock speed of the GPU is 1190MHz, with a Boost speed of 1253MHz. This makes the card slightly overclocked, as the reference speeds of the GTX 960 are 1126 and 1178MHz respectively. The 2GB GDDR5 memory runs effectively on 7GHz.

The board is DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort 1.2 three connections provided. Asus states the price of the GTX 960 Mini yet, but German and Austrian sites is the compact card priced from about 240 to 260 euros. It is not the first video card from Asus for mini-ITX systems.
