More screen in less housing

At the IFA in 2018, Asus presented several new Zenbook laptops. Among them were two Flip laptops, with a screen that can fold around the housing, and three conventional laptops. The Zenbook Flip 13 we reviewed earlier and that distinguished itself with its Core i5 Whiskey Lake processor, which performed well in benchmarks.

The conventional laptops in question are the Zenbook 13, 14 and 15. These numbers are expected to be on screen diagonals. In this review we look at the two largest Zenbooks. The Zenbook 14 is the successor of the well-known Zenbook UX430 and the Zenbook 15 is a ‘new’ format in the Zenbook series with 15W processors.

Asus Zenbook 14 and 15

The Zenbook 14 and 15 we are reviewing in this review are equipped with Intel Whiskey Lake processors and in this case the i7-8565U, which we have not tested before. We look at the performance of those processors and the rest of the laptop. After all, Asus has a high Zenbook name and so we also check whether the company succeeds with these two laptops.
