Asustor comes with two NAS systems with ARM-socs
Asustor announces two new NAS systems for consumers. Both the AS1002T and AS1004T the features a Marvell-soc. The AS1002T can be with two 3.5 “drives equipped and the AS1004T can accommodate four.
The AS1002T and AS1004T, the first NAS systems Asustor that are equipped with ARM chips. It is a Marvell dual core with clock speed of 1GHz, the Armada 385. Furthermore, there is 512MB of memory and come with the systems of a gigabit ethernet port.
At the front of the device is a USB 3.0 port located on the back and is yet another interface, in addition to the power and reset button. Both systems are to open without a screwdriver and inserting HDD’s can toolless promises Asustor.
The AS1002T can contain two 8TB drives up to 16TB of storage capacity, this NAS supports JBOD and single RAID 0 and -1. The AS1004T is equip with up to 32TB and supports JBOD and single RAID-0, -1, -5, -6 and -10. The prices for the Benelux countries are not yet known.Viewing:-182
