AVG takes one of the oldest computer security over




The Amsterdam maker of antivirus software AVG takes the Norwegian Norman one of the oldest security companies in the world. Over, Norman existed since 1984 as an independent company. How AVG has paid is unknown.

Norman AVG calls the acquisition of Norman in the message about its quarterly figures and Norman confirms with its own message . The maker of antivirus software headquartered in Amsterdam wants to grow with the acquisition, including the Netherlands and Belgium. Norman claims in the UK to have a strong position.

Norman will offer AVG products including Protect & Performance, Cloud and Managed Care Workspace. In the coming year, Neither company announces what the antivirus company pays for the acquisition of the Norwegian company, in the Netherlands an office in Hoofddorp. Ha
