Bailiffs do not burden possessions defaulters mobile subscription ‘

Bailiffs would not lay any claim on behalf of mobile operators for some time possessions of people who do not pay their mobile subscription. The reason is a ruling by the Supreme Court that a subscription with ‘free’ device should be seen as a purchase on credit.

By the decision of the Supreme Court last year thinking providers that if customers are going to challenge the accounts, the magistrate subscription annulled and they make their money anyway not get, reports radio station BNR on the basis of statements by the chairman of bailiff association KBVG. “Since the ruling of the Supreme Court since the middle of last year, there is no longer matter to court. Telecom operators by the ruling of the Supreme Court not sure if their claim is successful though.”
