Bang & Olufsen Introduces BeoVision 14 UHDTV




Bang & Olufsen has announced the BeoVision 14, a UHDTV which is available with screen diagonals of 40 and 55 inches. The model runs on Android TV and supports Google Cast functionality.

BeoVision 14 is built around a 100Hz / 120Hz screen showing the uhd resolution. The TV can handle the hevc- and VP9 codec for 4K content. Bang & Olufsen delivers the TVs calibrated from the factory. At the back are four HDMI 2.0 inputs with support for HDCP 2.2 copy protection. In addition, three outputs for what Bang & Olufsen Peripheral Unit Controller calls and which to six external devices such as set-top boxes can be connected for operation with the remote.

Below the screen is a three-way speaker system with ¾ “tweeter, 2” and 4 -midranger “-basluidspreker integrated and concealed in thin slats of oak. Bang & Olufsen at the same time introducing a new version of its BeoRemote One remote. The BeoRemote One Bluetooth includes a keyboard with four MyButtons for snapshots of all the settings such as volume level and source.

40 “-BeoVision 14 is on sale for 6780 euros, the 55” variant has a price tag that is on Euro 8980.
