Barnes & Noble Samsung chooses as a partner for Nook tablets




Barnes & Noble comes with Samsung tablets in its Nook series release. The two companies have previously signed a partnership. The Galaxy Tab 4 will serve as a base, the store sets its own software on the Nook Tablet.

Galaxy Tab 4 Nook The “new” Nook Tablet from Barnes & Noble will be based on the 7 “version of the Galaxy Tab 4. This tablet runs on a quad-core Snapdragon SOC 400 with a clock speed of 1.2 GHz. The 7” screen offers a resolution of 1280×720 pixels. Samsung shows Android 4.4 running on the tablet.

Barnes & Noble is the custom install its own software Nook version of the Samsung tablet. This provides, among other things access to the digital store around the book store. The tablet should come on the market in August in the U.S.. The price is not yet known. Incidentally, let Barnes & Noble know that the moment still the Nook Glow Light continues to sell.

Last summer announced Barnes & Noble to that for economic reasons to stop making their own tablet in the Nook line. Thus, the company made a loss on the tablets. The company indicated that it was looking for a partner. This is the deal with Samsung now found.
