Belgian minister wants to analysis of network problems after attacks Brussels
The Belgian Minister of Telecom, Alexander De Croo, asked the Belgian network providers to conduct a thorough analysis of network problems that arose after the attacks in Brussels on Tuesday. Then he wants with the providers to the table.
Belgian newspapers write that De Croo will look together with the industry to draw lessons and or procedures can be strengthened. The minister will also look into the analysis of the impact of the current radiation standards at a faster overloading of networks.
Furthermore, De Croo will look in consultation with the crisis center or social media can be used more intensively in times of crisis. Besides the providers are Microsoft, Facebook, Twitter and Google invited to participate in the consultations.
