On the first day of February we publish as usual again Laptop Best Buy Guide. In this LBBG we go together with the community to find the best budget laptop with a price of up to four hundred euros, and to a mainstream laptop and affordable thin and light, which may cost two thousand nine hundred euros.

Since LBBG of December 2014, the CES held in Las Vegas. On that exchange announced Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo, MSI and Toshiba new laptops. In five previews we gave you a first impression of some of these new models. Not least for the new laptops was the announcement of Intel Broadwell processor with TDP of 15 and 28 watts. The efficient processors are primarily intended for thin and efficient laptops like ultrabooks, but at the time of writing, the Broadwell CPUs already reflected in a handful of laptops, including some non-ultrabooks.

Intel’s main rival, AMD, was also present at CES and demonstrated his new Carrizo processor, which should be able to play fluently 4k video based on the h265 codec off. Unlike Broadwell Carrizo is not yet reflected in new laptops, but that should change sometime in the first half of 2015.

For Laptop Best Buy Guide we go for the selection of the Best Buys of our own findings, third-party reviews and user experiences. With the help of the visitors to the Laptop Aankoopadvies- forum are fished so the best notebooks in the market. For advice, sharing experiences and other reports that are related to the LBBG, we refer to the forum. In LAA before we opened several topics.
