Canon has unveiled a new camera system. The EOS M10 is positioned under the EOS M3 and is in many ways similar to the M2, which appeared only in Asia. Together with the compact camera Canon presents an 15-45mm kit lens-with image stabilization.

The EOS M10 is presented as a new entry-level model in the series Canon system cameras. The device features the same 18-megapixel APS-C sensor as the Canon EOS M2. The ISO range is from 100 to 12,800 and can be digitally boosted to the equivalent of ISO 25 600. Filming can in 1080p resolution with 24, 25 or 30fps. A 6 Digic image processor handles the processing. The maximum recording speed is 4,6bps, while maintaining continuous auto focus.
