Choozze connect subscribers closed again after complaints

The Dutch virtual provider Choozze reconnect subscribers, after the company was started in the last week to shut down. The reason was that the subscribers had not used their phones for three months. Now that the SIM card remains active even if it is not used for months.

As of Friday, the subscribers that were closed reconnected says Choozze spokesperson Linda van der Heijden against Tweakers. Moreover, the closed subscribers receive next month, a dual beam. All affected customers have Choozze Zero, the free subscription from the provider.

Several tweakers reported on GoT that on the basis of a provision in the “use criteria were closed. Those criteria dictated that customers once every three months, a call must have committed or received, or a text message must have sent or received. The page on which it stood, has been taken offline. “We saw that this provision created unrest among customers and we do not want,” says Van der Heijden. Many customers found a device with Choozze Zero for use as an emergency phone and he does not like daily phone in the pocket are seated.
