Comes with QNAP TS-451S-nas with four bays




QNAP has a new Turbo NAS to its lineup. It is a NAS with four drive bays optimized for SSD 2.5 “. In addition, the manufacturer announced two versions.

In the Turbo NAS, the TS-451S, QNAP has an Intel Celeron processor which is clocked at 2,41GHz placed. In addition, the device has 4GB DDR3L RAM, but this is expandable to 8GB. However, further technical details are still missing.

QNAP let know that the device immediate availability for vendors and end users probably have within one month of the Turbo NAS. It is not yet clear what the nas will cost nor where exactly will be released. The QNAP TS-451S is aimed at small businesses and home users.

QNAP further said that a number of already -released devices has renamed the SS-x53 Pro series, in order for customers to create more clarity in the offer. It is the TS-453S Pro, with four bays, and the TS-853S Pro, which has eight bays. Both models feature a Celeron CPU with a clock speed of 2GHz and at least 4GB DDR3L memory. They can be used for both SSD and SATA drives and primarily for the business market.
