Crucial brings MX300-SSD with 3D NAND memory from tlc

Crucial has its first SSD released in the MX300 series. The 750GB model has a suggested retail price of 212.39 euros. The 2.5 “-sata-SSD uses 3D NAND tlcgeheugen. Later appear variants with different storage capacities.

Crucial MX300 In April, appeared already much information about the MX300 Series Crucial online but officially the SSD was not announced. Now the manufacturer has the 750GB model on its website put . The Crucial MX300 makes first use of 3D NAND memory, which parent company Micron and Intel developed . The SSD uses a Marvell 88SS1074 controller. Crucial promises read and write speeds of 530MB / s and 510MB / s SSD and provides hardware-based encryption. Power loss protection is also present. The MX300 comes with Acronis True Image HD software to transfer data to the SSD.

Among other Anandtech and Tom’s Hardware have the MX300 750GB SSD- tested . It later m2 variants and 2.5 “models with capacities of 275GB, 525GB and 1050GB. When these models come out has not been disclosed yet.
