Customers have for days not connected SIM Vectone Mobile




Customers of the virtual provider Vectone Mobile can not connect for days with a mobile network. The provider has stopped communication including Facebook and Twitter. The headquarters announced that all customers should have new SIM cards.

There have been playing longer problems with several customers, but many of the Dutch customers complain that there is the KPN network, whose network Vectone is a virtual provider no connection. Customers complain inter alia GoT and the most recent message from Vectone on Facebook.

After the failure of many people started on Friday, Saturday Vectone sent an email with the advice to restart the device so that could make the SIM card reconnect to the network. That seems to have offered no solution. The problem is with all customers, Vectone confirms.

The virtual provider has already ten days nothing posted on social media, while in the preceding period occurred almost every day. Also the customer service is hard to reach. Seeking contact with the provider Tweakers during the writing of the article all the time in the guard stood and customers report the same long wait.

It is unknown to what have been going on, but other virtual providers KPN’s network is not bothered. Vectone is part of the British company Mundio, offering called Vectone services in many European countries.

A spokesman for Mundio announced that it is a problem with the SIM cards. “The SIM cards can get lost contact with the network, but I do not know exactly why. All customers can call us and pass on information, we will send a new SIM card in.” KPN does not respond in the case.
