Customers Rabobank report duplicate charges by malfunction

Rabobank seems to suffer from a failure, which amounts are debited twice for some customers. Where the problems are caused is not yet known, but the helpdesk indicates the amount to book as soon as possible.

The problems seem to revolve around charges incurred by clients to collect the monthly cost of their pay package. Several customers have indicated Rabobank given that these amounts are amortized double, though it seems not to be at all the case. Tweakers is able to verify that indeed amounts written off by multiple customers that are twice as high as usual.

Those who hear the call of Rabobank customer gets that there is a malfunction. More information is not published, so it is unclear why the cost of the payment package are written off double. For now it seems that no other amounts written off double. Rabobank promises amount to book as soon as possible.
