DayZ is possible this year beta phase and gets Steam Workshop support




DayZ, the open world zombie survival game of Dean ‘Rocket’ Hall and Bohemia Interactive, is possible this year in beta, Steam Workshop will support mods for modders will be able to also extensively test their creations in a single player mode.

All this was announced by Brian Hicks, one of the developers of DayZ, at E3 PC Gaming Show in Los Angeles. DayZ is currently still in the alpha stage on Steam Early Access.

In addition to the new features will be introduced 3 new vehicles and players will soon get you the tools to run their own DayZ servers. DayZ began as a mod for ArmA 2 military simulator from Bohemia Interactive. Dean Hall, the original creator of DayZ, is now working on other games.
