The DDoS attack, which ensured that the PC version of Battlefield 4 large parts of this weekend was unplayable, Saturday was reported on the Battlelog forum and directly confirmed by DICE in that forum topic. The Swedish development studio succeeded in the course of the weekend to find a solution to the problem, but Sunday and Monday complained several players still on instability and crashes.

In addition to the PC version also had to contend with the technical PS4 version of the popular shooting problems . That version came on the market Friday when the PlayStation 4 was officially launched in North America. The console went on a weekend time more than a million copies were sold and many players took time Battlefield 4 note, the witness server problems had to do with the game. DICE patched the existing servers and added an ’emergency server’ in order to remedy the problems. If this is successful, is still questionable. Although symptoms such massive influx as the PC version, there are still players who have to deal with connection problems on the PlayStation 4.

The DDoS attack on the PC version and the server problems that arose after the release of the PS4 version last Friday are new chapters in an already difficult launch of Battlefield 4.
