Dell presents 4k monitor with OLED screen

Manufacturer Dell has presented at CES its first monitor with OLED screen. The UltraSharp 30 Oled has a diagonal of 30 “and a response time of 0,1ms, so claims the manufacturer. The monitor has a 4K resolution.

Dell equips the monitor with USB c for power and video input. The manufacturer claims that OLED screen achieves a contrast ratio of 400 000: 1. The 30 “monitor has a response time of under Dell 0,1ms, much faster than many LCDs. The 4k monitor with OLED screen comes out in March in the United States and it costs $ 4999, converted around 4640 euro. Or and when the monitor comes to the UK is unknown.

Dell will also be some monitors with Infinity Edge design. The UltraSharp models like laptops like the XPS 13 and 15 thin bezels, making them relatively compact for their screen size. The 27 “variant has an LCD with qHD resolution, while the 24” version supports full HD. Both come out in February in the United States. The larger will cost 719 dollars, the smaller should yield $ 349.
