Details of m-Core processors Skylake generation coming online




The specifications of four upcoming Core processors from Intel Skylake m-generation appeared online. The chips have clock speeds ranging from 900MHz to 1.2GHz with Turbo peaking at 3,1GHz. The GPU is the HD 515.

The details about the Core 6Y30, 6Y54, 6Y57 and 6Y75 are in a row put by CPU-World and the site expected to Intel in the series M3, M5 and M7 models will subdivide, though it would still not be sure. It is in all cases at least to dual cores with 4MB L3 cache, an integrated audio DSP and HD 515 GPU which is clocked at 300MHz.

The chips have also supports two SATA-600 interfaces, ten PCI-E lanes, six USB 2.0 / 3.0 ports, lpddr3-1866 memory and a 5.0 EMMC interface. The Core 6Y30 and 6Y54 support VT-x and VT-d virtualization, the 6Y57 and 6Y75 also get support for vPro and Trusted Execution, for business applications. The TDP is 4.5W.

Core M-series of processors designed for laptops with long battery life and tablets and hybrids. Earlier slides fell on to create the Core m chips at Skylake 17 percent should outperform the current generation. The GPU would be even 41 percent going forward and also to ensure the chips for longer battery life.
