Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Preview – yet inconclusive
Although there was strong criticism of Deus Ex: Human Revolution, the game was still a success. Most criticism focused on one aspect of the game: the boss fight. The creator of the game, Eidos Montreal, soon admitted that the criticism was justified, and a Director’s Cut of the boss fights were replaced by confrontations that did more justice to the design of the game.
It is therefore logical that a sequel to Human Revolution. Since Eidos Montreal takes his time. While the story in the new Deus Ex: Mankind Divided takes place just two years after the previous game, the studio has five years taken the time to tinker with the game. However, the game is almost finished and it is in the shop in August. During E3 we got the chance to share some yards.
Dubai is under
The mission that we could play takes place in Dubai. In a dilapidated Dubai in the year 2029 to be exact. What exactly happened is not entirely clear, but Dubai is largely flooded. Only some tall buildings stabbing still above the water. Likewise, the once luxurious hotel where Adam Jensen sent off. At this point in this preview is the time to make the place a little only because we have already described a number of things in this short introduction that are not entirely obvious.
