A developer with Jadacyrus pseudonym created a toolkit that ‘hostage’ by various kinds can ransomware undone. The toolkit is available free of charge and intended primarily for system administrators and security researchers.
The creator has called Ransomware Response Kit BitBucket put . With the toolkit, it is possible to tackle infections with several types of ransomware. According to the author, who uses the pseudonym Jadacyrus, the software is designed for system administrators and security researchers: the source code is made available but is not cast in an easy to use application.
