Developers complain about the new rules of money back in the App Store: applications remain forever users
Last week, Apple changed the policy for Europe refunds for purchased apps, books, movies, games and music. Now they can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. According to the developers, the system contains a fundamental vulnerability that allows users who have returned the money for the purchase, continue to use the application.
After the return of funds to the account of the user, the application only disappears from the list of purchases and the person can not re-download it to your device. However, the content itself – a game application, movies, music – remains on the iPhone and iPad, since Apple does not have access to user devices. Thus, by making a purchase and demanding a refund, the person may continue to use the application. If the program has been downloaded in iTunes, it can be transferred to any device, connect your iPhone or iPad to your PC.
