Development horror game Allison Road shut down

The work was halted in horror game Allison Road and the game will not come true. Developer Lilith Ltd. is at present not known why this happens. The news is striking, because the studio had recently won financial support from Team17.

Lilith Ltd. make the news known to the Twitter channel of the game. In the coming days, the London game studio with an explanation for the decision. Allison Road began as a Kickstarter game which was inspired by games like Resident Evil and Silent Hill. The yield on Kickstarter lap eventually deficit, but the studio was able to continue the development of the game because Team17, known from the Worms franchise, decided the role of publisher to take on.

Allison Road attracted among fans of the horror genre a lot of attention because the structure of the game very closely resembles that of the canceled Silent Hills. That horror game from Hideo Kojima would take place in and around a single house, like Allison Road would. Silent Hills is during development released a playable teaser for the PlayStation 4, which was appreciated by both players and critics. PT meantime, however, is also not to download more.
