Specification Tab product versions

Last year we conducted several usability tests, where users repeatedly had trouble processing the information we put on the specification tab on product performance show. Users are very excited about the complete information provided by Tweakers about products, but all of this information can also be overwhelming. This is certainly the case when a user has less understanding of the product being viewed. At the same time we have a large group of users who can easily handle to filter all this information and problem-relevant information from this tab. In fact, they find it just very nice to see all the information at once.

With this input, we have a new layout for the tab specification designed and presented this to include the subscribers. Here, we tested two variants: the first variant we showed once all specifications and in the second variant we clapped the standard specifications. Opinions on which version was better, differed widely.

We have therefore chosen to build a variation in which you as a standard user gets a brief but powerful summary of all specs, but have the ability to fold all specifications with one click open. If you do, then that setting for you to remember. Next we got the feedback to make more use of the white space next to the specs, we have chosen to use this space for nice big product images.
