Find a Question:
Do you earn enough? – New research brings ICT market in map
At the end of last year Tweakers done in collaboration with Intermediate research into ICT salaries in the Netherlands. At the end of this year we want to do that again, but this time we get something bigger to. Will you help?
Who is not curious about the salary of his neighbor? Who has not wondered if he or she deserves enough compared to others in a similar position? We tried last year to answer questions a little. A focused research on Tweakers we have in collaboration with Intermediate ICT professionals asked to assist us in gathering data.
What ICT professionals earn? What are their benefits package? And how satisfied are they really that? These are questions that, witness the long-running “What deserves ICT’er’-topic on GoT and the overwhelming response we received at the end result .
Yet we have also noticed that some things could be better. That is why we want this year in the rematch and we tackle the bigger this time. Intermediate, also part of De Persgroep, has been organizing for several years in cooperation with Nyenrode Business University’s National Salary Survey . The experts at Nyenrode have attached the questionnaire and complete approach tested, but until now lacked a very important profession in this study: the ICT expert.
This year, we also like to join hands together with Intermediate together with Nyenrode even better than last year to investigate the wages and working conditions among ICT professionals. Based on our previous experience Tweakers could add this year some pointed questions in the investigation and there are several questions to a number of adjustments in order to achieve better results. So there are questions about ICT function groups added and salaries are no longer divided into blocs.
In total this year is expected to more than 100,000 people participated in the study. From Tweakers we call on everyone, but especially ICT professionals, to join too. Thus we hope to end this year – the processing of existing data will simply take time – make even better insight into the current state of the Dutch ICT labor market.
All participants a monthly salary of up to 5,000 euros will be raffled. Participation can simply click on the link below:
