Doom will soon get deathmatch and other multiplayer modes

The new Doom game from Bethesda and id Software will soon have new multiplayer modes. Next month is Exodus, a capture the flag variant with one flag. Later in the summer there will be three free for all modes, including deathmatch.

Along with Exodus is also the multiplayer mode “Sector” in July to game. Herein, the aim is to get the control and maintain different zones in the level. Later this summer gets multiplayer Doom free for all three options. In any case, there are the classic deathmatch with. What are the other two modes, has not been disclosed yet. The new play modes come through a free update for all players available.

In July Bethesda also brings the first DLC package titled Unto the Evil for Doom. The package includes three multiplayer maps: Offering, Cataclysm and Ritual. The DLC includes a new playable Demon, a new weapon, items and taunts.

Furthermore, id Software promises to come up with new features for Snapmap, the Doom feature that allows players to design their own levels. Bethesda has announced that the first level of the game a week from today is available as a free demo on Steam, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
