Find a Question:
Drones own a rope bridge
It seems possible to independently make a bridge building quadrocopters with ropes. The drones laid knots and made a bridge of about 7 meters long. It serves as a demonstration that technicians will demonstrate the role drones can play in the construction industry.
There is a video online put which shows how a group of independent quadrocopters to get started with some ropes. These should they hang between the two stages and with the aid of the laying of the whole nodes had to evolve into a type of rope bridge. The idea was conceived by engineers at the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule in Zurich.
For the construction of the bridge, the drones had a total of 120 meters of rope needed. They could thereby measure how much pressure there was on the rope, in order to make the structure strong enough. That the construction was managed was evident when people could easily walk over.
By setting up a rope bridge to the creators to show that drones could be used for new ways of building. The idea must finally be put into practice, but whether there are concrete ideas for drone structures is not clear. One possible application is to build bridges in situations where people have difficulties, such as in mountainous environments.Viewing:-198
