Dropbox Paper goes into open beta

Dropbox has already tried a lot. From storage provider you went not only toward business, you also once had a photo solution at the start. Been set probably due to the success. Some time ago we launched Dropbox Paper in a closed beta. Quasi Google Docs Dropbox style, including collaboration and alerts. Once had access and me the whole thing looked – no value for me. But I’m not a scale, so you have to convince yourselves – and the can from now on. Dropbox has now pushed in the public beta and also released apps for Android and iOS Paper. While you can already use the web the paper version, so you need you to be patient with the Apps, Dropbox announced : “Note: The Paper mobile apps are coming soon for users in the EU.”

Here are some of the ways users are keeping Their teams in sync with Paper:

Brainstorming ideas. Tackle big ideas, together in the same doc, at the sametime-and use more than just words by embedding videos, images, and more.
Capturing meeting notes. Connect your Google Calendar, and Paper can create a custom notes doc for your next meeting and automatically share it with attendees.
Creating to-do’s. Start a checklist with just a few keystrokes, and assign tasks to others by simply adding “@” and a team member’s name.
